What is Optimyst?
Optimyst is Dimplex's patented water vapor technology, and the most realistic 3D electric flame effect in the world. An innovative combination of ultrafine water mist and precision lighting creates flames with genuine depth, movement, and color. Unlike traditional electric fireplaces, the flame in an Optimyst unit exists in real three-dimensional space, floating above the log set and shifting with lifelike unpredictability. The result is a fire experience that has to be seen to be believed, with or without heat, every season of the year.
